I started seeing Mary for support work over a year ago, she is absolutely phenomenal in the way she is as a counsellor as well as a healer. We have done trauma exposure work which really gets to the root of the trauma and basically, I screamed it out! We have been getting crafty with a vision board outlining all the important people in my life and beautiful quotes to build me up. Mary will also just take me to the park with her dogs just to get out in nature and be a part of the community. Mary has really gotten me out of my shell, and I look forward to working with her for more sessions.

Thank you so very much, I was taken out of my comfort zone, but in a beautiful, loving, gentle way. Mary is a beautiful, gentle soul who radiates warmth, love and empathy. I had a very lovely week of respite with gentle nudging to do things I haven’t done for many years.
