With the unique challenges and difficulties that Indigenous Australians continue to face, in mind, One Love Community Care is committed to providing appropriate support for these communities. Our experienced and devoted team are dedicated to ethical and culturally competent practice and receives frequent comprehensive training in working with First Nations Peoples.
OLCC provides cultural competency training to its staff to ensure they deeply understand Indigenous cultures, histories, and worldviews. This training helps staff interact with Indigenous participants in a culturally sensitive manner.

Our One Love Humanity team are committed to providing safe, ethical, responsible, and highly specialised disability support. Our accomplished and practical team are dedicated to disability-informed and competent practice, and receive frequent and comprehensive training in working with a variety of disabilities.
One Love Humanity is awaiting resgistration as a provider under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), whereby the Australian Government funds our services for eligible clients.

- Physical Disabilities: This includes conditions that affect mobility and physical functioning, such as cerebral palsy, spinal cord injuries, and muscular dystrophy.
- Intellectual Disabilities: OLCC may provide support to individuals with intellectual disabilities like Down syndrome, autism spectrum disorders, and intellectual developmental disorders.
- Sensory Disabilities: They may work with individuals who are blind or have visual impairments, as well as those who are deaf or hard of hearing.
- Psychiatric Disabilities: OLCC can support individuals dealing with mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety disorders, schizophrenia, and bipolar disorder.
- Neurological Disabilities: Conditions such as epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, and Parkinson’s disease may be among the disabilities OLCC addresses.
- Developmental Disabilities: This category includes a wide range of conditions affecting development, such as attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and specific learning disabilities.
- Acquired Disabilities: OLCC may also support individuals who have acquired disabilities due to accidents, injuries, or illnesses, such as traumatic brain injuries (TBI) or stroke survivors.
- Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD): OLCC may provide specialized support and therapies for individuals on the autism spectrum.
- Speech and Communication Disorders: This includes individuals with speech impediments, communication disorders, or speech-language delays.
